In response to this, unfortunately the admin hasn't approved the post wherein I 
attached all the files I used to simulate it. However, more specifically, I 
defined a number of observation points (detector points) as well as their 
respective traffic counts. Upon simulation, nothing happens on the network. 
It's just blank without any vehicular movement.
