i am using sumo since two mounth now to simulate traffic light algorithm like
one that paper names: "Simulation of modern Traffic Lights Control Systems
using the open source Traffic Simulation SUMO" describes. Due to language
problem it is not ease for me to understand tutorial on TRACI please can
somebody help with example of code (especially using queue length) that could
help me to implement my algorithm
