I do not really understand what you want to achieve. Do you want a
pre-defined route which just gives flexibility at this one point or do
you just want the vehicles to take different paths without the need to
define them all. In the former case you could try to setup an input for
the jtrrouter http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/JTRROUTER which gives the
proportion of vehicles driving 1 and 2 explicitly. In theo other case
have a look at routing during simulation
