hello, I want to write an algorithm with python using traci' commands. witch calculates ,every cycle , the queue length (number of vehicles between two sensors) in all lanes. Then do the sum of the queue for each phase. and the highest phase in terms of queue' sum will be emptied first next cycle. I have read the documentation and tests but i don't know how i have begin .
