Hello, I'm using Traci for rerouting. I have tried to use the setEffort and adaptTraveltime commands to assign travel time to the network edges.
The effort values for all edges would be returned -1.0 if I call getAdpatedTraveltime and getEffort functions. Does anyone know why I get this result?
