Hello, There's no dedicated tutorial on implementing a new lane change model yet. Still you may find some information on what is necessary by generalizing what you find here: http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Developer/How_To/Car-Following_Model Lanechange-models are located in <SUMO_HOME>/src/microsim/lc_models/ and start with 'MSLCM_'...
