You can have a different number of sublanes per lane only if the lanes themselves have different widths. For outputs that contain sublane-precision data use http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Simulation/Output/RawDump or http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Simulation/Output/FCDOutput
