Hello, this bug has never been reported before and does not show up in our tests. A possible reason for your observation could be that the road is saturated and not all vehicles can be inserted at the desired time. You can check this by right-clicking on vehicles from the flow that are inserted after step 900 and check their 'depart delay' value. Delayed departures can be disabled by setting the option --max-depart-delay 0
