you need to modify the edge geometry as explained here:
http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/NETEDIT#Specifying_the_complete_geometry_of_an_edge_including_endpoints

(we plan to make this alignment simpler in the future
http://sumo.dlr.de/trac.wsgi/ticket/1758)
