Hello,
the sumo version that comes with ubuntu usually lags behind our release
schedule.
We released version 0.28.0 today and the easiest way to get it is to
download the sources and build it yourself. Since you already have 0.25.0
on your system all dependencies should be met and you do not need to
install anything else.
