Hello,
the lack of connectivity is likely due to vehicle class permissions. If you
did not set the vClass, it defaults to 'passenger'. You can check
permissions in sumo-gui by selecting the menu item 'Edit'->'Select lanes
which allow...'->'passenger'.
Connectivity must be via lanes that allow the vClass configured for your
vehicle.
