Hi, you can restrict single lanes or edges for particular vehicle classes either using netedit http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/NETEDIT#Restricted_lanes or with XML input http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Networks/Building_Networks_from_own_XML-descriptions#Road_access_permissions_.28allow.2C_disallow.29.
The JTRROUTER should respect those restrictions and output only routes where the vehicle is allowed.
