Hello, netconvert does not yet import this data ( http://sumo.dlr.de/trac.wsgi/ticket/1990). Instead a custom connection-guessing heuristic is used. This heuristic is being worked on continuously but there is no documentation outside the code. For complex intersections (especially multi-modal intersections) it is recommended to recheck connections (i.e. with netedit).
