thank you for providing the issue scenario. The error is fixed in revision
[22765].
You can obtain the latest development version at
http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Downloads#Nightly_Snapshots

The triggering condition was a custom edge length which differed from the
geometrical length of the edge (50m vs ~90m in your case).
