Hello, your stat file looks ok to me so this might be a bug in activitygen. Although it is somewhat surprising that most of the people in your city work 15hour shifts starting around noon this should not prevent activitygen from running. If you send me your other input files along with the command line options used to run activitygen I will take a look.
The indented semantics for population and workPositions are pretty similar. Its the relative spatial density.
