Hello,
this is a known issue. The electricity and fuel consumption values are
based on a vehicles 'emissionClass'. The battery device is currently not
connected to emission computation. (see
http://sumo.dlr.de/trac.wsgi/ticket/2212)
Instead it generates its own outputs via the --battery-output option.
