Hi,I want to use SUMO to collect traffic data for a city. But before I dive into SUMO I want to know if it able to do the following task for me.- After importing osm for a city, does sumo scenario cars speed will be limited to speed limits on the street of the chosen city? In other words cars can't pass speed limit of a street but will slow down depending on the congestion in current road. As well the cars will adjust their speeds depending on which street is driving on (e.g. in highways will be faster while residential street will be slow).
