Hello, There is no direct way to accomplish this. However: - if the bus needs to use the lane in order to follow its route (i.e. because it needs to stop on that lane), other vehicles will generally attempt to make space for it. - If you know beforehand when the bus will reach that lane you can temporarily disallow it for other vehicles using a closingLaneRerouter: http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Simulation/Rerouter#Closing_a_Lane - if you use TraCI you can monitor lane usage with an external script and request the desired lane-changes.
