Hello, thank you for providing this example. I can confirm this is a bug in netconvert which is triggered by the usage of <roadMark><type> information. The bug is fixed in the latest development version 24557 ( http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Downloads#SUMO_-_Latest_Development_Version) regards, Jakob
