Hi Joerg,
the problem could be the graphics hardware (Intel HD 4000?) similar to
this one:
https://community.roonlabs.com/t/slowness-on-windows-10-after-windows-update-kb4013429/23634

Unfortunately there is no solution presented in the thread above
although you could try the 32bit version. We had similar (but not as
severe) problems here with some computers running Windows 7 but were not
able to find a solution yet.
