2) to obtain the vehicle as well you need to add option --emitter-output,
see
http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Demand/Routes_from_Observation_Points#Saving_Flows_and_other_Values
1) additional probability values are generated for the emitter output. See
if that matches your expectations.
