this is impossible to say in general because it depends on
- the locality (i.e. Shanghai rush hour differs from Berlin rush hour)
- the mismatch between random trip locations and realistic trip locations

Your best choice would be to compare traffic flows and speeds to real world
data.
The second best choice is to test different arrival rates and compare the
resulting trip statistics (
http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Simulation/Output#Aggregated_Traffic_Measures) for
changes in average waiting time and depart delay. These value increases
sharply once the network reaches its capacity limit.
