Hello,
by default pedestrians have departPos=0 and arrivalPos=-0.001 (which
encodes the end of the edge). This is in reference to the forward direction
and causes immediate arrival on the last edge when walking backwards. To
avoid this, set another value for the arrivalPos of the <walk> element
(i.e. 0).
