in version 0.32.0 you can use grep (needs to be installed seperately for
window: http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/grep.htm
   grep 'id="yourVehID"'

in the latest development version you can set option
  --fcd-output.explicit yourVehID
and the use
 --fcd-output instead of --netstate-dump
to get output only for the specified vehicle.
