Hello,
I read in a previous post that in SUMO all vehicles are by default
self-driving.
I am not sure what this exactly means, are the default vehicles
"self-driving" in the same terms like they are in any other simulation
softwares ? (eg. VISSIM)
What are the default characteristics of the vehicles that make them
"self-driving" ?

Please let me know.
