I found the "Sundial" list on Balthasar Indermuehlea's excellent "Astro Archive."
For those readers of the archive and the list, I would like to highly recommend a book: Sundials Their Theory and Construction by Albert E. Waugh 1973 Dover, ISBN 0-486-22947-5 228 pages of history, multiple and varied practical applications, and tables.
