My thanks to all who responded to my question about analemmatic software. My guess is that the author of the original question was interested in analemmatic dials rather than computing the analemma.
As was pointed out by Fred Sawyer, Yvonne Masse's paper on these types of dials was translated and published in the NASS journal, Compendium, v5-1 (March 98). This translation is also posted on his web site: http://www.union-fin.fr/usr/ymasse/index.html#traduc The digital version of the Compendium contains programs for drawing the dials discussed. Mac Oglesby's reply pointed out an earlier Compendium article that is far easier to use. The basic program he included prints out the coordinates of positions to be plotted. Happy Holidays!
