Is anyone aware of a place to purchase a well made, universal equatorial dial of the type used by US Railroads earlier in the century and illustrated in Waugh, p. 33?
I find nothing on the Internet or using the phone book. Not interested in a museum piece now but in a good intrument. Thanks dave
