I am sorry that I did not explain it better. Attached again is the same single Excel file that contains two seperate spreadsheets. One spreadsheet is labled Hour Angle and the second is labled Special Day...see the tabs located at the bottom of the Excel page. Both sheets contain sample data that I was working on at the time. The last dial I made was for a girl who lives in Baltimore, Maryland USA. I use a program on the internet that gives the latitude and longitude coordinates for any place in USA accroding to the postal zip code...21212 is simply her zip code. I use another internet program http://www.gcstudio.com to give the apparent solar altitude and apparent solar azimuth for each hour of a special day. I enter those numbers into the Special Day spreadsheet to get the x,y coordinates for each point then simply connect the points to form the shadow arc. i am interested in all comments so fire away if something in the program is not correct. Thanks
