Hello Mike,

        I used a photoresist from Shipley a number of years ago. One thing to
watch out for is what development chemistry is used, the product I was using
used xylene, pretty foul stuff. Some of the newer resists may have a safer
development chemistry, I'd make sure to find the safest. Below are some URL's
