Hello Thibaud,
How truly bizarre!!! After leaving the Stellafane ATM convention, I
decided to spend a day in NYC with one of my goals being a visit to the Central
Park Dial, I looked everywhere, my feet can testify to it! Alas, I didn't find
it but now thanks to you, I have its coordinates, I will most definitely pay a
visit next time I'm there (next Stellafane).
I saw reference to it in Winthrop Dolan's book 'A Choice of Sundials'
(a nice little sundial book by the way), I believe he mentioned the gnomon had
been broken? Please keep me up to date on what you find.
Best Regards,
Luke Coletti
