There is indeed. I have written a WWW based CGI application (see URL
below) that will produce a variety of solar position records over the
period 2000BC-6000AD, apparent solar altitude included. The altitude
values have been corrected for atmospheric refraction. There is also two
modes of graphical output for altitude azimuth values. Other items
include accurate times of sunrise, transit, sunset, equation of time,
solar day length and a number of other data.
