I Just came across a book by Frank W. Cousins "SUNDIALS' On page 204 it talks about using a ruler like device to layout the various parts of a sundial.
This book has been out of print for several years, and I am not able to find
any other info on the use of "Dialing Scales" does anyone else have any
information they could share
