To anyone who may have been irritated by duplicate or out-of-sequence email messages from me in the past few weeks.
My recently-changed computer came with a 'bundled' Claris emailer. This is generally excellent but it has one or two features I haven't sorted out yet, mainly because no handbook is included and Claris give only one day of technical support with 'bundled' items! While it works very well in most instances it sometimes reports that there was a problem sending an item so I send it again only to discover that in some cases the original arrived too. "It's never the software - just the operator" I'm working on it but in the meanwhile will include CCs to myself hopefully as a check against further irritations. Tony Moss
