Dear Friends, With regard to the unusual sundial in San Antonio, I have sent messages to both Fernando Cabral and Ken Caligiuri (the individual who originally requested help with the restoration) hoping they can arrange to get together when Fernando visits San Antonio.
I been focusing my efforts on seeking relatives or descendents of the dial's maker, Fred H. Hagner, on the web. I did find a genealogical site operated by a lady with the last name Hagner, but she did not have our man. I am still waiting for Ken Caligiuri to send me a photo of the recently found part.
