Check out the astronomy pages at www.skypub.com as you may find an answer
there.  They used to have pages that told when certain satellites such as
space station Mir was going to pass overhead.  I haven't checked lately, but
in any event the site should prove enjoyable to you.  It is a really great
site.

Check out the sky at a glance section, as it provides timely information on
what celestial events are happening on any given day or week.  Then you will
know exactly what you are looking at each night!
