David, Please send me the pic. Have you been able to get any response in dislodging the parts from the guy in Quebec? Perhaps the threat (via e-mail sent to the address on their e-commerce page) of airing the dirty laundry on a web page will work...let the truth be your sword...tell them that you will reference the words "nocturnal, aquitaine, and sundial" so the search engines will list the page right beside theirs in a web search result. Might be just the thing to get their attention. Sharp swords get better results...
