Hi Douglas:

Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Eastern
Time Zone part of Indiana, and most of Arizona except for the Navajo Indian
Reservation, do not observe Daylight Saving Time.

There are two very interesting and entertaining websites which deal with
DST. I'm sure that you will find out everything you ever wanted to know
about the subject, including info about Australia. In the 2ond. site, if
you want a laugh, check out the link to "Traveling woes in Indiana". There
is even a link to a site for signing an anti-DST petition! (Which I eagerly
signed).
