Can you classicists out there help a poor engineer with the translation of the motto which I recently came across on a 17th or 18th century stained glass dial? It reads:
SIC VITA NVLLA DIES SINE LINEA I think that's the right word order but it's just possible that "LINEA," comes before the DIES SINE - it's written on a banner. Thanks, John Davis N52 5m E1 3m
