The first triangulations of planets orbits were made by Copernicus
and described in his ``De  revolutionibus''. That gave proportions
of the Solar System. Copernicus also tried to find dimensions
of the system using ancient Greek astronomers data but
because of the inaccuracy of data  he received the radius of
the Earth orbite about 20 times smaller.
