If you cannot get any more locally you could approach the Royal Greenwich Observatory in the UK. They publish a booklet "The RGO Guide to the 1999 Total Eclipse of the Sun" by Steve Bell which costs 5.99 Pounds Sterling in the UK and each copy contains a pair of mylar spectacles. The text in the booklet is (as one might expect) rather written around viewing the eclipse in the UK though....
