Hi Dan,

The original posting worked fine for me using an Adobe 4 reader. I
recognize the matrix rotation technique from the chapter on "Computational
Techniques" in the "Explanatory Supplement to the Astronomical Almanac".
But for me recognizing and comprehending are quite different. Vector and
matrix math for spherical trigonometry. What a wonderful world!

In this reference they showed the same matrix elements but did not develop
the identities which include the sine and cosine rules. Thanks for working
through this concept and posting it.
