I think any 2 part epoxy would be good. I have used it
to stick bronze plaques to brick walls. If any great amount of the epoxy
is visible (other that a hairline) you might want to look for one that has UV
stabilizer in it.
Devcon is one brand that you should be able to find at any
Wal-Mart, K-Mart, or Orchard, Fred Meyer, etc. The one I have in my hand
is $3.99, 3500 lbs/sq in and is cream colored.

Hello again..
I would like to know with which product (mention any brand
names etc pls) is it possible to stick a piece of a broken sundial to the
sundial itself. The sundial is a free standing globigerina
limestone sundial.
I think some sort of epoxy glue would be most appropriate
but I cannot find anything suitable in local hardware stores.
