Noon Marks

Did we not at some point back have a discussion on noon marks and their basic 
design. If we did I cannot find it anywhere in my files, did anyone save them 
and if so could you send them to me. Yes I know they are very simple to 
build, but it was some of the remarks that were made and I think what some
