I'm sure we all agree and sympathise with Paul but, from his intro', I suspect Loy Chun is an overenthusisatic new member to the list who hasn't taken the trouble to read the 'Rules and Regulations' supplied to all new subscribers. Is there a positive way round this? Could a brief reminder of the 'no attachements' rule be sent to all members at regular intervals in a one line message perhaps? It might be mildly irritating to receive the same small item time after time at weekly intervals but far less so than these expensive transgressions. We could take it in turns to author the reminder for a few months perhaps or some poor individual will be lumbered for ever? Why is everyone looking at me??? Just a thought. Tony Moss
