US Shadow Watchers,
I shall be meandering from Boston next Monday 4th by
road to Hartford for the NASS Conference. Not having been in that part
of the world before, and avoiding things that we will visit as part of
the Conference programme, has anyone any suggestions to include in my
brief tour?
In addition to sundials my interests include mechanical horology
generally plus science/technology/mechanical museums etc. I'm a also a
sailplane pilot and have an interest in early development of small arms -
and a small machine gun collection of my own arising from it.
Also a onetime member of the Muzzle Loaders Association of GB.
Any suggestions would be most welcome.
