Fellow Shadow Watchers,
I think I may have discovered a simple means of
ending water shortages!
Just commission a public sundial that requires a few minutes of clear
sunshine for final alignment.
The clouds will then gather immediately and the whole countryside will be
deluged with endless rain for days - even in mid-summer!
The severity of this effect is proportional to the distance in miles the
diallist has to travel to reach the dial's location to perform the
alignment.
