Hi Bill,

Thanks for the program. I had forgotten the pleasures and frustrations in
Basic programing and DOS. Getting it to work was a good reality check. It
is great to have the source code of a program available to read, debug and
hack.

When I tried to run it, I discovered that my MS Win 95 OS lacked a Basic
compiler. I always thought that this was a basic requirement for PC's. Not.
I recovered a GWBasic file from an old XT clone but the QBasic program was
too advanced to run on it. The Windows NT OS on my system at work had a
QBasic.exe file. This worked with your program. The only debugging required
was truncating the print statements to fit the screen. The program now runs
well and shows, as described, the position on the horizon of the real and
artificial sun.

Remember when all computer use had these challenges. The discipline was
good for your mind and spirit. I've enjoyed it. Ah for the good old days,
back it the last millennium.

Cheers,

Roger Bailey
