A virus hoax, essentially with the subject line changed from "California", according to the Symantec and McAfee (makers of popular antivirus software packages). Please check out these sites for specifics: http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/wobbler-hoax.html http://vil.mcafee.com/dispHoax.asp?id=vh10170 Also, from the CIAC (Computer Incident Advisory Committee), please read their tips on "How to Identify a Hoax", at: http://ciac.llnl.gov/ciac/CIACHoaxes.html#identify It usually takes only a few minutes to check out whether the subject of any given e-mail virus warning is or isn't legitimate.
