Hi! to All,
I've just started to read the latest copy of New Scientist
and on the new patents page appears the following :-
 A wristwatch sundial EP 1026558.
A patent has been taken out by Richard Keatch of Aberdeen . At it's heart
is a light tight box that has anetwork of tunnels running from one wall to
another. The tunnels are angeled at 15 degrees to each other and terminate in
holographic panels which display a time digit when illuminated. At any given
time of day ,light passes down one tunnel, depending on the position of the
Sun.When the user uses the wristwatch's built -in compass to point south
,the displayed digits tell the time.
 there is also a cartoon.
May be there is something new under the sun,!!!
